## About the Role

The Chief of Staff, CN role is based in Shanghai and is part of the Strategy & Operations department. You will shape Airwallex's commercial strategy in the region, identify key priorities for the commercial teams, and support the team to deliver against them.

## Responsibilities:

- Support the China's commercial leader to analyze and drive the region's commercial results

- Advise on the overall commercial strategy of Greater China, and plan and coordinate internal resources for key commercial initiatives and deals

- Lead and contribute to internal cross-team projects to standardize and improve commercial processes and systems, including commercial SOPs, CRM systems, data analytics toolkits, training programs, etc.

- Take direct accountability for driving the most critical/complex special projects

- Coordinate with colleagues across functional areas and Airwallex globally to enable delivery against commercial, product, and operational priorities

## What You Will Bring:

- Bachelor's degree or above from a top institution

- 4-8 years of work experience with a relevant background in a top-tier consulting firm, VC, or investment bank

- Experience synthesizing multiple information sources into a coherent framework for addressing business opportunities or challenges

- Solid skills in data analysis, with some familiarity with data analytical tools and methodologies

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with different parties and drive project implementation
