As a Human Resources Expert, your typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience, supporting team efforts, and assisting peers in other areas. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.

This role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. You should also be able to resolve guest questions quickly, pay attention to detail, and remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues

- End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs

- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning

- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption
