## Job Overview

Join Wolt, a technology company that enables delivery services in over 500 cities worldwide. We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment efforts for Marketplace, B2B, and SevenRooms across Deliveroo and Wolt.

## Responsibilities

- Lead a geographically distributed team of recruitment managers and recruiters across EMEA

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for your portfolio

- Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate hiring demand into a clear delivery plan

- Balance department requirements with country, language, and role-level needs

- Advise senior business leaders on talent availability, hiring priorities, and trade-offs

- Plan capacity against demand and partner with Finance and People colleagues to forecast hiring

- Deliver measurable hiring outcomes and hold teams accountable for agreed hiring goals

- Build consistent hiring practices and champion fair and inclusive hiring

## Requirements

- Experience leading recruitment managers and geographically distributed recruiting teams

- Strong track record delivering recruitment across commercial or business functions in a complex organisation

- Ability to advise senior business leaders and challenge assumptions with evidence

- Practical command of recruitment data and analytics

- Understanding of the complexities of hiring across EMEA
