## Description

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking technical support engineer to provide IT-related technical support to Japanese customers via phone.

Responsibilities:

- Provide effective IT solutions to meet customer needs within a specified timeframe

- Offer technical support for computer and IT software issues

Requirements:

- 2027 graduate

- Fluent business-level Japanese communication skills with standard pronunciation

- Understanding of Japanese culture with good customer service awareness and spirit

- Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong pressure resistance and responsibility

- Clear logical thinking and strong learning ability to work proactively with AI tools

- Strong interest in IT software and hardware technology

- Proficient in using office software such as Outlook and Excel

- Ability to accept rotating shifts

Working Hours:

- Five days a week with two days off

- Early shift: 8:00-17:00; late shift: 11:00-20:00

- Weekend attendance can be arranged for make-up days

Others:
