## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Deploy. This is a director-level position that involves managing a portfolio of projects supporting a strategy or initiative with significant impact on the organization.

The Senior Managing Consultant will manage complexity and inherent risks across a wide range of business areas, identifying business opportunities and driving initiatives from definition to realization and achievement of measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently

- Implementing complex technology assets and delivering transformation programs

- Strengthening client's internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas

- Transforming client processes and optimizing management practices

Requirements:

- Experience in delivering large digital enterprise-level programs across the financial services sector

- Strong bonds with clients that endure beyond a particular assignment

- Ability to identify new business opportunities and communicate to executives

- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

- Strong writer, presenter, and speaker

- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required

Preferred qualifications:

- Accreditation in one or more recognized PM/PMO/Change/Service management methodologies

- Experience with Agile ways of working and/or as a Scrum Master

- Strong Payments or Mastercard product and platform knowledge

- Exposure specifically in payments and/or retail banking or merchants

- Financial Services experience preferred
