## Description

We are seeking a Head of Commercial Marketing, Restaurants (Merchant & Ads) to join our Global Marketing team at Deliveroo, which is now part of DoorDash. As a hybrid role, you will work 3 days a week from our London HQ.

The successful candidate will own the Restaurants merchant and ads marketing strategy end-to-end, reporting into the Merchant & Ads IM Director. You will be responsible for creating and deploying Restaurant merchant marketing playbooks, developing the Restaurant sell-in strategy, and supporting local marketing teams with key enterprise merchant relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing ads and monetization strategies for Restaurants

- Creating and evolving the Restaurants merchant marketing playbook

- Managing key merchant relationships and resolving critical merchant issues

- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Merchant S&O and Commercial teams

- Establishing high-impact sell-in strategies and pitch frameworks

Requirements:

- 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in merchant marketing, retail media, ads, or category marketing

- Track record of owning marketing strategy for an entire team or category

- Experience managing people and managing other people managers

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to make sound decisions using business and financial data

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
