## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Digital Strategy & Analytics Specialist to join their team.

As a Digital Strategy & Analytics Specialist, you will maintain the corporate Marketing Management Platform (Marketing Automation) to reach the correct target audience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leveraging knowledge of the platform to recommend targeting logic based on campaign needs

- Building time/event-triggered communication that advances the audience through the buying cycle

- Maintaining automations in Salesforce Pardot that update lead status based on documented lead qualification and triage process

- Communicating new or changed content, processes, or functionality to all internal marketing users as needed

- Managing email marketing activity and communication calendar to execute against associated initiatives
