## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Camberley, a busy retail environment where customers come to recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service, making food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- being digitally confident to use our tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- delivering quality service under pressure, focusing on customer satisfaction

- supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

The role requires flexibility, including working early mornings and potentially up to full-time hours during peak periods in December.

**Working Hours:**

- SUN 12:00-16:00

- MON 14:00-18:00

- TUES 14:00-18:00

- WED 11:00-15:00

- THURS OFF

- FRI 15:00-19:00

- SAT OFF

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- This job role involves working early mornings, and therefore we cannot consider applications from anyone under the age of 18.
