## Description

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Site Augmentation Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site solutions projects, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Be the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders for site solutions projects

- Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to clinical SOPs and regulatory requirements

- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

- Lead the development of project-related documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

- Deliver site solutions projects through effective communication, implementation plans, and performance metrics

- Build and maintain relationships with site stakeholders, sponsors, and internal teams

- Ensure that assigned projects are centrally stored and tracked, and that business continuity measures are met

- Support the development of site relationships and future horizon planning for site solutions and optimization strategies

- Leverage experience and knowledge to drive global site optimization and engagement across all Illingworth service lines

**Additional Requirements:**

- Ability to understand and translate protocol requirements to deliver proposed site solutions

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field
