## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Senior Technical Program Manager, ArsenalOS role involves managing the Forge Portal, a new platform within ArsenalOS that enables external stakeholders to do business with Anduril. The successful candidate will bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to the program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives

- Coordinate multiple engineering and stakeholder teams

- Maintain a reliable view of the Portal's portfolio in a single system of record

- Identify risks and cross-system dependencies early

- Partner with engineering on integrations across systems

- Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting

- Establish and run lightweight operating cadences

- Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years in technical program management or a closely related role

- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects

- Technical fluency across enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, or QMS

- Proven ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving environments

- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities

- Strong reporting instincts and excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies

- U.S. Person status is required

- Ability to work in-office full time at HQ and travel to operational sites on a limited basis

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience supporting product or platform teams that serve both internal and external users

- Experience delivering initiatives across enterprise platforms

- Experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, aerospace, or defense environments

- Experience in hyper-growth, startup-like environments

- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

**Salary Range:** $166,000-$220,000 USD
