## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as you'll work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Work Pattern:** Wednesday: 14:00 - 22:00 Thursday: 12:00 - 22:00 Saturday: 12:00 - 22:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
