## Description

We're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent healthcare for our patients, ensuring they achieve good outcomes and are happy with their experience of physical therapy.

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.

- Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.

- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.

- Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.

- Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.

- Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.

- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.

- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, which depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting.

Qualifications:

- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

- Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
