## Description

As an Anaplan administrator, you will focus on day-to-day administration, BAU processes and model maintenance, and low-level troubleshooting of Charlotte Tilbury’s Anaplan Applications.

Responsibilities:

- Build and develop understanding of existing applications, models and process flows

- Contribute to process documentation, including drafting user stories and updating existing admin documentation

- Monitor and handle user support tickets, and work with the Anaplan team to solve minor BAU issues

- Run monthly BAU actuals integration from ERP system at month end, including final reconciliation

- Support ad hoc projects as required

- Clear communication with Anaplan users, timely resolution of issues, and build relationships with group FP&A and wider finance

- Manage licences, maintain list of active users/roles, ensuring in line with contract, and manage starters and leavers via service now tickets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Business, Technology or Finance, or a similar analytics related field

- Anaplan model building, Level 1 Anaplan Certification, Strong Excel experience or basic modelling experience in any tool, and experience handling IT support tickets

- Foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows

- Ability to communicate and document processes and updates clearly and accurately

- Ability to think logically and methodically, demonstrating clear critical thinking skills

- Positive 'can-do' attitude, flexible and proactive with an eagerness to learn, and highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively within a scaling business
