## Description

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team in Cork, Republic of Ireland. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the fill operation, ensuring the sales floor is ready to trade, and coordinating resources to serve, sell, and fill.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the fill operation and take operational responsibility for coordinating resources

- Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity in readiness for store opening

- Allocate resources effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Implement daily operational processes efficiently across the store

- Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Create a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone

- Role model great Customer Service and M&S behaviours

- Support Colleague Managers and share observations to help deliver high performance

- Support nearby stores if operationally required

- Be a key holder and answer call-outs as required

- Perform tasks related to opening and closing the building

Requirements:
