## Description

Stripe is growing quickly and is building out its Creative Design team within its Stripe Delivery Centers (SDC) to reach users globally. The team designs comprehensive ad campaigns and creates net-new creative content.

As an Art Director at Stripe's SDC, you will design and produce world-class design solutions for various events and deliverables. You will ideate, design, and produce static and motion designs for presentations, posters, art, branding, and signage.

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce world-class design solutions for various events and deliverables

- Steward designers through large-scale design projects, providing art direction and guidance

- Work across various mediums to create immersive storytelling and creative content

- Bring design concepts to life through storyboarding, comps, and creative presentations

- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, and ad operations to create interesting concepts

- Mentor designers in design best practices and ideation

- Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus

- Identify and implement process optimization initiatives

Requirements:

- 6 to 10 years of relevant design and art direction experience

- Strong track record of delivering work and influencing other designers

- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud suite

- Ability to manage a team of 3-4 Creative designers

- Ability to express and communicate a brand through distinct graphics and experiences

- Hands-on maker with skills to communicate concepts and decisions

- Ability to find a balance between speed and quality

- Persuasive and humble in explaining work and decisions

- Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings in India

- Highly detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection

Preferred Qualifications:

- Multidisciplinary creative with a wide skill set

- Prior people management experience

- Experienced at facilitating stakeholders to advance projects
