## Description

We are seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations at Pullman Kuching, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and effective department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage hotel operations during assigned shifts

- Act as management representative on duty

- Engage with guests, particularly VIPs and repeat guests

- Handle guest feedback and complaints

- Monitor Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out

- Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues

- Maintain hotel facilities and guest areas to required standards

- Monitor occupancy and daily operational matters

- Conduct regular public area and guest facility checks

- Ensure proper handover and communication between shifts

- Respond to emergencies and escalate to management as needed

- Support the Front Office team in maintaining service standards

- Ensure compliance with hotel and Accor policies

- Prepare shift reports and record incidents

- Assist with team member training and coaching

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Minimum 3 years of Front Office or hotel operations experience

- Previous Duty Manager or supervisory experience preferred

- Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest services

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle guest complaints and operational situations

- Independent decision-making during shifts

- Positive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude

- Good command of English; additional languages an advantage

- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
