## Description

Airwallex is looking for a professional with demonstrated success in Sales Operations experience (or similar proclivity) and a hunger to grow our commercial operations across SEA.

We are a multi-disciplinary team focused on building a scalable and efficient revenue engine. We work across people, process, systems, data, and enablement. This role will sit within the Commercial team, driving change, management of complex sales systems and support for our commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

- Closely collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to analyse and optimize the commercial operations process

- Manage day-to-day commercial operational tasks, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and accurately to support team objectives

- Collaborate with internal teams,including operations and other commercial functions,to deliver seamless and impactful experiences for the team

- Run ad-hoc analyses and translate findings into decisions

Requirements:

- 1–3 years’ experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations, BDR/SDR Operations, or Sales Strategy in a high-growth B2B environment

- Analytical thinker – You like working with data, can create reports & processes with ease, and love to optimize existing processes

- Track record of collaborating across teams – You can effectively partner with sales, marketing, and operations

- Preference for Salesforce proficiency, or a natural ability to quickly adopt new systems and complex dashboards, paired with prior experience navigating complex data, strong data hygiene instincts, and a natural inclination for system optimization.

- SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, DataBricks, etc)
