## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Lakeside Thurrock, a busy store where customers come to recharge. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the café runs smoothly, even during peak periods.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers while making great food and drink recommendations

- Being digitally confident and using our tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Working effectively as part of a team to meet customer needs

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

The work pattern for this role is:

- Sunday: 11am - 3pm

- Thursday: 11am - 3pm

- Friday: 2pm - 6pm

- Saturday: 2pm - 6pm

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
