## Description

We are hiring for our Aviva Services Excellence Centre!

**Job Description:** As a Finance Intern, you will support the Central Finance team with day-to-day financial activities and processes. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing financial reports, management information, and ad hoc analyses

- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring processes

- Assisting with month-end activities, including data preparation, validation, and reconciliation

- Reviewing and analysing financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness

- Helping with finance-related operational activities, such as invoices, payments, and other financial documentation

- Supporting audit-related activities and preparation of information and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

- Cooperating with other teams across the business to collect, validate, and explain financial information

- Participating in finance-related projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives

- Assisting the team with other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities based on business needs

**Requirements:**

- Student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field

- Good command of English, both written and spoken

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and confidence in working with data

- Interest in finance, financial analysis, and business processes

- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data

- Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with different teams and stakeholders

- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges

- Availability for 3–5 days per week
