## Description

The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Marketing team plays a crucial role in building content, culture, and community around our brands.

As a Senior Producer, you will provide strategic recommendations and lead marketing initiatives with oversight from senior leadership. You will report to the Senior Producer of Production Execution. Your responsibilities include:

- Planning and executing marketing assets, including key art, design systems, and video

- Tracking marketing assets and approvals daily

- Summarising stakeholder feedback

- Initiating music licensing and composition requests

- Forecasting plans and allocating resources

- Providing rapid response to executive and senior leadership team requests

- Partnering with studio producers to understand game asset availability

- Leading discussions and meetings with senior partners

- Communicating creative vision to production partners and updating stakeholders

- Guiding and managing other team members during ideation, design process, and creative execution

The ideal candidate will have:

- 9+ years of experience in a related field

- Ability to distill complex plans down to essential milestones

- Experience working in high-pressure production environments

- Conflict management skills to resolve issues during collaborative efforts

- Understanding of production workflows and ability to predict long-term effects of creative decisions

- Experience working with developers and external vendors

- Proficient knowledge of production tracking tools such as Asana, Frame.io, Airtable, and Shotgrid
