## Description

We are looking for a Director, Sourcing to join our Indirect Procurement Organisation. In this role, you will develop and implement the overall Category Strategy for marketing services and events production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop alignment across the organisation to achieve business goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead development and implementation of category strategies to optimise vendor relationships, drive cost savings, and support execution of marketing and event initiatives.

- Develop a global supplier catalog for Marketing and Events categories.

- Deliver hands-on end-to-end sourcing services to the business.

- Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Support the Director of Procurement and explore Professional Services.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 15+ overall years of professional business experience.

- 5+ years of leadership experience.

- Proven expertise sourcing in marketing and events category in a fast-paced hi-tech environment at a global scale.

- Proven project management and strong consulting skills.

- Strong category strategy development and a record of execution excellence.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.
