## Description

CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to join their team. As a Telepharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for all daily pharmacy operations, with Pharmacist oversight occurring from a separate Supervising Pharmacy location.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations, execution, and performance while delivering operational and service excellence

- Oversee the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy

- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation

- Complete tasks related to controlled substance prescription fulfillment

- Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care

- Complete inventory activities, as permitted by law

- Participate in a high-performing team and seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge

- Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs

- Serve as a peer mentor for the onboarding, training, and development of new hires

- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles

Requirements:

- National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)

- State-level licensure requirements vary by state

- 1+ years full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

- Attention and Focus, Customer Service and Team Orientation, Communication Skills, Mathematical Reasoning, Problem Resolution, and Physical Demands

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT-Adv)

- Ability to become immunization certified

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
