## Description

We are looking for an Instant Payments Product Management Lead for the US to join our Corporate Bank division. As a Vice President, you will participate in global product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for new or existing products with a focus on the US market.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with other teams to maintain and develop the product offering

- Defining and implementing business requirements and market problems

- Managing dependencies, risks, and issues

- Owning the regional Instant Payments product strategy and roadmap for the US

- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle

- Defining and evolving the client value proposition, pricing strategy, and commercialization approach

- Monitoring and responding to regulatory developments, payment scheme evolution, and market trends

- Partnering with technology, operations, compliance, and regional business teams

- Representing the product in client engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships

- Tracking product performance, client adoption, and financial outcomes

Requirements:

- Product Management experience

- Ability to work independently and pragmatically

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Experience with AI tools

Preferred skills:

- Experience working on payments products

- Understanding of front-to-back payments processes

- Knowledge of market and regulatory trends on real-time payments in the America region

- Experience with RTP and FedNow

- Fluent in English, with Portuguese, Spanish, and German being a plus
