## Description

Capital One is seeking a Principal Coordinator, Recruiting to join the Executive Recruiting team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth interview process for executive candidates.

**Responsibilities:**

- Partner with Executive recruiters to provide coordination support

- Manage executive calendars proactively and accurately

- Facilitate candidate interviews and ensure a positive experience

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal clients, and hiring managers

- Act as a logistical point of contact for executives, interviewers, and candidates

- Prioritize incoming communications and requests

- Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs

**Requirements:**

- Associate's degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources

- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal clients, and hiring managers

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate, legal, human resources, or case management role

- Experience with Google Suite

**Salary:** McLean, VA: $69,100 - $78,900 Richmond, VA: $62,900 - $71,800
