## Description

Brainlabs is the independent, founder-led agency building the future of media. We have over 1000 Brainlabbers based across the globe, all united through the 12 principles laid out in our Culture Code. We're full-service, with people and AI agents working side by side, all aligned to one thing: maximizing our clients' revenue through a genuinely scientific approach to media.

As a Lead Recruiter, you will lead our Academy program and experienced hires needs for our Buenos Aires Campus. You will own the end-to-end hiring process, partner with hiring managers, and maintain an active talent pipeline.

**Responsibilities:**

- End-to-end recruitment: Own the hiring process across Academy, experienced hires, and local hiring needs for the Argentina hub.

- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, build role profiles, and job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.

- Maintain an active, relevant talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Ensure recruitment processes are well organised, timely, and provide a positive candidate experience.

- Own internal and external communications throughout the process.

- Own hiring targets for the Argentina hub, maintain average Time to Fill below 60 days for standard roles and below 90 days for hard-to-fill roles.

- Assess quality-of-hire against role scorecards and interview criteria.

- Identify suitable internal candidates for open roles and run internal mobility opportunities end-to-end.

- Partner with regional and practice teams to forecast upcoming hiring needs and plan headcount accurately.

- Own requisition data and hiring up-to-date, keeping status, levels, and days-open current and accurate.

- Track and report on recruitment activity, interview stages, and hiring outcomes.

- Identify and drive opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.

- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving Academy hiring and retention of high-performing candidates.

- Directly manage a TA Associate: set priorities, distribute workload, and coach on sourcing, screening, and stakeholder handling.

- Own the Associate's development plan, including skill-building toward independent ownership of searches.

- Act as the escalation point for scheduling conflicts, difficult stakeholder conversations, and edge-case candidate decisions.

- Build bench strength so recruitment coverage doesn't depend on a single person.

- Own working relationships with Heads of Practice, Client Partners, and Operations Managers across the hub.

- Report hiring status, pipeline health, and risk to leadership on a regular cadence.

- Push back on unrealistic scope, timeline, or level expectations from hiring managers, with data to back it up.

- Own employer branding initiatives for BA Campus: social media, careers content, events, and other talent attraction activity.

- Build and maintain relationships with universities and other relevant talent sources.

- Participate in initiatives to strengthen Brainlabs' talent network and attract diverse candidates.

- Represent Brainlabs as an employer of choice at recruitment events and partnerships.

**Requirements:**

- 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.

- Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.

- Experience owning full-cycle recruitment across open roles, and confident partnering with senior stakeholders.

- Candidate-focused, with emotional intelligence to read different perspectives and create a consistent, positive experience under pressure.

- Comfortable with an ATS and adopting AI-enabled recruitment tools in daily workflow.

- Track record of improving recruitment processes.

- Organized self-starter who manages multiple roles, candidates, and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Practical problem-solver, particularly on scheduling and process bottlenecks.

**Benefits:**

- Full-time job (en relación de dependencia)

- Hybrid salary scheme (50% paid in USD)

- 20 working days vacation plus all Argentina public holidays

- Private healthcare (OSDE 360)
