## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java/Python

- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality products

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Participate in code reviews and team meetings

Requirements:

- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful API development

- Able to independently deliver backend APIs end-to-end, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support

- Proficient in SQL databases, NoSQL technologies, persistence frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate or MyBatis, and Linux/Shell scripting

- Familiar with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps delivery processes

- Good understanding of API security, performance optimisation, distributed systems, and troubleshooting production issues

- Familiarity with Python and ETL/data processing workflows is preferred

- Skilled in AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation; AI/LLM API integration experience is a plus

- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus

- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and support activities outside regular business hours as needed

- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and apply AI responsibly to improve engineering outcomes
