## Description

We are seeking a Principal Hardware Engineer to lead the development of next-generation routing and switching hardware platforms. As a technical lead, you will drive New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver high-performance, quality-driven, and cost-effective products.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of next-generation routing and switching hardware platforms

- Drive NPI programs as a technical lead

- Define hardware design specifications and implement designs

- Lead high-speed board bring-up, system-level debugging, and fault analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system-level challenges

- Design and verify CPLD/FPGA logic and support hardware integration

- Review and approve schematics, BoMs, and technical documentation

- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, and environmental requirements

- Provide ongoing product sustaining support and identify design improvements

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

- Proven experience delivering complex, high-end hardware products

- Strong expertise in high-speed board design, hardware bring-up, and debugging

- In-depth knowledge of CPU and memory architectures

- Comprehensive understanding of system-level design considerations

- Experience leading NPI programs and influencing design decisions

- Working knowledge of CPLD/FPGA design and verification

- Strong technical documentation, design review, and problem-solving skills
