We're seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Regional Bank Chef to join our award-winning team, supporting homes across the Surrey Region. You'll make a positive impact on residents' lives daily, with your compassion and dedication truly making a difference.

**About the Role** As the Regional Bank Chef, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. You'll manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals that enhance the overall well-being of the residents while staying within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare nutritionally balanced menu plans for approval by the Home Manager

- Place food orders within budget limits

- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared to the highest hygiene standards

- Understand and demonstrate the principles of safe food handling

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience

- Knowledge of health and safety and current food safety legislation

- NVQ 3 in Food Production or equivalent/City and Guilds 706-1 706-2 Catering qualifications/Trained in IDDSI/textured modified diets

- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate leadership qualities
