The Workplace Operations Manager will:

- Create and continuously optimise a workplace that maximises top-tier employee productivity and performance.

- Own the day-to-day operation of the workplace, delivering a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.

- Lead relationships with landlords, building management, and key suppliers to maintain exceptional workplace standards.

- Manage workplace services including connectivity, F&B, office technology, and employee health initiatives to remove friction and enable peak performance.

- Continuously improve workplace processes, implement innovative solutions, and eliminate barriers to enhance performance, embedding a culture of workplace excellence across Fuse.

- Provide critical operational support across the business and coordinate meetings, travel, and internal events as required.
