## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work Wednesday and Saturday nights from 22:00 to 06:00, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell products, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Providing style advice and product recommendations

- Utilising digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Working collaboratively as part of a team

- Adapting to changing demands in the retail environment
