## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for AlphaTauri, a fashion and sports apparel brand. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy, integrating creativity, partnership management, consumer insights, and business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute the brand's marketing strategy, collaborating with the Global Head of AlphaTauri

- Lead and manage a team of marketers

- Manage integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts

- Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation

- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships

**Requirements:**

- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in the fashion/sports apparel industry

- At least 3 years of experience managing teams

- Proven track record in establishing and implementing international marketing strategies

- Deep knowledge of fashion, sports trends, and lifestyle market dynamics

- Strong project management, leadership, and presentation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
