## Description

Squarespace's Channel Partner team drives growth through a network of creative professionals and agencies who use their platform to create online presences for clients. The Program Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day partner program operations and manage key workstreams, working hybrid in the NYC Headquarters office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drive strategy and evolution of revenue-driving partner program benefits

- Manage end-to-end operations of referral programs, designing efficient triage processes and implementing program updates

- Optimize Squarespace Marketplace operations, focusing on reducing friction and increasing success metrics

- Lead identification and implementation of scalable process improvements, leveraging AI solutions

- Synthesize trends from surveys, forums, and feature request boards to accelerate creation of actionable content and business insights

- Oversee community feedback operations, including execution and analysis of quarterly feedback survey

- Communicate strategic read-outs to cross-functional leadership

- Conceptualize and launch new programs, benefits, or initiatives resulting in measurable increases in member engagement

**Requirements:**

- 4-6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a related role focused on channel or partner ecosystems

- Proven expertise in strategic program design and execution, particularly driving revenue-focused programs

- Deep operational management skills, including designing efficient, scalable processes and managing complex issue triage and resolution

- Experience in lifecycle management for a platform or marketplace, focused on reducing friction and improving onboarding, management, and success metrics

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
