Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, working through the night, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

- Work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Digital confidence

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Strong customer service skills

- Flexibility to work varying shifts

Working Hours:

- Sunday 21:30-05:30

- Monday 21:30-05:30

- Tuesday 21:30-05:30

- Wednesday 21:30-05:30

- Thursday 21:30-05:30

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
