## About the Job

As a Product Manager for Connected Warfare at Anduril, you will serve as the key link between the Voyager product line, the Growth team, internal stakeholders, and external customers. Your main goal will be to ensure effective communication and input across all stakeholders, making sure product decisions reflect both market intelligence and internal operational needs.

## Responsibilities

### 1. Voyager Product Voice & Input

- Gather and translate field feedback, customer intelligence, internal demand signals, and operational pain points into actionable product insights.

- Establish regular channels to collect input from internal hardware recipients and relay it to Voyager product leadership.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment on product priorities, including roadmap visibility, end-of-life planning, and new features.

- Attend and contribute to Voyager product reviews and planning sessions.

### 2. Growth Team Integration

- Act as the primary liaison between the Growth team and the Voyager product line to enhance product decisions with external, customer-facing data.

- Develop and implement processes to capture key customer insights, competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges.

- Ensure the Growth team is well-informed of upcoming Voyager product decisions.

### 3. Internal Communications Leadership

- Own and manage internal communications regarding Voyager product updates, changes, and decisions.

- Maintain and evolve the Voyager channel as the source of truth for product announcements and strategic insights.

- Produce periodic updates on product changes.

### 4. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

- Strengthen relationships between Voyager teams, US-based teams, and external partners.

- Collaborate with the Product Operations team to raise quality challenges and work with Supply Chain on delivery timeline issues.

- Ensure product decisions are smoothly integrated into operational processes.

### 5. Division Operations Continuity

- Support broader operational goals, including demand planning, hardware/software integration, and internal partnership development.

- Lend expertise to other product lines that overlap with the Voyager platform.

## Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years in product operations, program management, or a similar cross-functional role within a hardware manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales functions.

- Experience tracking production metrics, inventory positions, or fulfillment timelines.

- Ability to assemble fragmented signals into a clear picture for leadership.

- Prior experience succeeding in influence-based roles.

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

- Willing to travel as necessary (~10%).

## Preferred Qualifications

- Defense or government hardware experience.

- Familiarity with ERP systems, PLM tools, or demand planning processes.

- Knowledge of ITAR/export-controlled supply chains.

- Experience with networking or compute hardware.

## Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $146,000-$183,000 USD.
