## Description

The Consumer Identity team at Capital One is looking for a Business Manager to help drive strategy and analytics in optimizing fraud prevention.

The successful candidate will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and others to deliver on one of the most critical dimensions of how Capital One defends the company and its customers against Fraud.

Key responsibilities include:

- Evaluating the effectiveness of new Identity tools and optimizing policy

- Analyzing and mitigating Fraud attacks in partnership with Lines of Business

- Establishing Credit Risk management infrastructure foundations

- Creating frameworks to assess customer experiences and interactions

- Exploring opportunities to leverage customer level data for Fraud and other high leverage use cases

The Business Manager will also be responsible for:

- Developing business strategies to drive growth and profitability

- Leading and managing a team of analysts

- Developing and implementing new product and pricing strategies

- Building targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences

- Driving step-change improvements in credit performance

Requirements include:

- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis

- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field

- Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity

- Solid people leadership experience

- Strong executive communication skills

- Clear results orientation

Preferred qualifications include:

- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience in analysis

- 2+ years of experience in financial services

- 1+ year of experience in consulting

- 2+ years of experience in people management
