## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with neurological or respiratory experience to join our brand-new Lakefields Neurological Centre in Chigwell, Essex. As a Staff Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to develop specialist skills and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

The role involves working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team to provide high levels of personal and rehabilitative care to people of all ages living with neurological and long-term conditions. You will lead teams, maintain accurate records, and work closely with therapy colleagues to deliver individualized care.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing personal and rehabilitative care to patients with complex needs

- Leading teams and maintaining accurate records

- Working closely with therapy colleagues to deliver individualized care

- Supporting patients with tracheostomies, ventilated patients, and those with physical disabilities

Requirements:

- Relevant nursing qualification

- Spinal injury experience

- NMC registration

- Strong team-working skills

- High level of self-motivation and a flexible approach

- Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
