## Description

Under broad guidance, you will perform activities related to the analysis, design, programming, debugging, modification, and maintenance of web enhancements and/or new products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop professional expertise and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

- Build productive internal and external working relationships.

- Receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

- Use experience with a variety of network technologies to lead internal and external clients with Internet-, intranet-, or extranet-based applications, including .NET, XML, HTML, multimedia applications, database interactions, and data modeling tools.

- Research, track, and understand new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to intranet and external Internet-related systems.

- Build applications using web forms.

- Provide written design documents, test plans, and test results.

- Manage, develop, integrate, and implement related application components, including front-end development, server-side development, and database integration.

- Play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of the applications.

- Establish and communicate standards to manage cost and ensure continuity of applications.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of related experience or Master's Degree.
