As a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate, you will be on the forefront of delivering CVS Health's purpose, modeling its values, and demonstrating genuine care for patients.

You will complete a mixed modality learning plan, including a curated learning experience that utilizes your pharmacy knowledge and skills.

You will also:

- Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues

- Support the Pharmacy manager in motivating and developing Pharmacy Support Staff

- Identify critical business opportunities and drive growth

- Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting

- Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomes

Primary job duties: **Customer Service**

- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner

- Assist customers with questions and concerns

- Answer telephone with a warm and friendly greeting

- Request additional help when needed

- Perform approved register transactions

- Engage with customers to create personalized moments

**Regulatory**

- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality according to HIPAA and company standards

- Communicate with customers while protecting confidential drug information

- Comply with all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations

- Meet requirements for state and federal licensure

**Pharmacy Operations**

- Adhere to CVS workflow and maintain standards

- Process prescriptions

- Resolve third-party rejections

- Perform prescription pick-up procedures

- Access, input, and retrieve necessary information

- Maintain in-stock inventory

- Assist with putting away drug orders

- Deliver additional healthcare services as allowed by state regulation

**Counseling under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist:**

- Offer to counsel customers and direct them to pharmacists if necessary

- Field medical questions when appropriate

- Communicate with healthcare professionals

- Solicit information on customers' medical history

**Leadership**

- Communicate with Field Management and Corporate as needed

- Participate in store operational meetings

- Support maintaining a clean and professional pharmacy department

- Coordinate training and development of Pharmacy Support Staff

- Recognize others and celebrate success

Education:

- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

- Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy

- Active Pharmacy Intern license in the state where the district is located

Experience:

- 0-3 years of prior related work experience

Essential Qualifications and Functions:

- Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy

- Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US Intern hours
