## Description

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our Fashion, Home & Beauty team at The Galleries Washington. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade, and coordinating resources to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on best practices and driving productivity

- Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks and implement daily processes efficiently

- Allocate resources effectively to provide a quick payment experience

- Enable all daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store

- Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Role model great customer service and M&S behaviors

- Support Colleague Managers and share observations to help deliver high performance

- Participate in opening and closing procedures, including key holding and responding to call-outs

**Requirements:**

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills
