## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Training Leader at Counter to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury. As a Makeup Training Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of artists and providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Summary:** You will be a true ambassador of the brand, driving sales and promoting the brand's products and services. You will lead by example, creating a unique customer experience through makeup appointments, masterclasses, and social media content.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the brand's products and services

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique customer experience

- Lead and inspire a team of artists to achieve sales targets and promote the brand

- Collaborate with the education manager to identify training needs and deliver training sessions

- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth

- Maintain high standards of hygiene and visual merchandising in the store

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years of experience in counter management or boutique management

- Pro Makeup Artist qualification

- Portfolio of makeup work

- Certification in makeup, especially in bridal and social makeup

- Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel training

- Passion for the beauty industry and talent development

- Experience in personnel management and business acumen

- Expertise in managing KPIs and using Microsoft Office software

- High experience in using CRM programs
