## Description

Join the M&S Café team in London Colney as a Customer Assistant during the Christmas period. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

- Provide warm, five-star service to customers

- Make great food and drink recommendations

- Operate digitally to take and fulfil orders quickly

- Maintain impeccable food safety standards

- Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture

- Adapt quickly to changing situations

The role requires digital confidence, efficiency, and flexibility. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
