## Description

The Internal Recruiter is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of internally posted recruitment activity for assigned functions, geographies, or talent segments within Diageo.

Acting as a trusted internal advisor, the Internal Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR to translate workforce plans into effective hiring outcomes, while delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens Diageo’s employer brand.

**Key Accountabilities**

- Recruitment Delivery: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for internally posted requisitions, from intake and assessment, through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover

- Business Partnership: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, setting clear expectations and providing progress updates

- Candidate & Employer Brand Experience: Deliver a positive, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey

- Inclusion, Diversity & Ethics: Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate slates

- Performance & Continuous Improvement: Manage recruitment activity in line with agreed service levels, hiring plans, and performance targets

**Experience, Skills & Capabilities**

- Essential: Demonstrated experience in internal recruitment delivery, Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, Experience managing multiple requisitions across different role types or functions

- Desirable: Experience supporting regional or global hiring portfolios, Experience working in a shared services or hub-based recruitment model
