## Description

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team in Dalian, Liaoning, China. As a TAM, you will be responsible for delivering proactive services to our customers, focusing on moving them from event-driven to experience-driven service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain an account support plan (ASP) in collaboration with the account service manager (ASM)

- Prepare and deliver regular support planning and reviews with the customer

- Drive technical reviews with the customer to analyze support incident data and identify trends and action plans to reduce risk and recurrence

- Create a technical operational profile of the assigned customer environment to understand their technical operations and overall business focus

- Collaborate with the ASM to deliver predefined proactive deliverables

- Coordinate with the ASM on credit usage as part of the account support plan

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in Cantonese and English

- Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers and the assigned account team

- Key focus is delivering proactive services and providing technical guidance to customers

- Establishes understanding of customer's business and IT environment

- Develops and maintains strong knowledge of HPE technologies and services offerings

- Identifies potential problems and recommends solutions to prevent occurrence

- Communicates clearly and concisely to demonstrate value add of proactive deliverables
