## Description

We're seeking an energetic and people-focused Resident Experience Coordinator to help bring our villages to life across the Chinchilla and Dalby region.

As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you'll be the face of resident engagement within the village, helping foster a welcoming and inclusive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and deliver social, recreational, and community-based activities.

- Build positive relationships with residents through genuine daily interaction.

- Promote participation in village events and facilities.

- Assist with event planning, set-up, delivery and pack-down.

- Gather resident feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Maintain welcoming, clean, and well-presented communal spaces.

- Report maintenance, safety, or presentation concerns.

- Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging village culture.

About You:

- Experience in hospitality, community engagement, recreation, events, customer service, or remote-site environments.

- Experience coordinating activities, events, or group programs.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

- A hands-on approach and willingness to support operational tasks.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights.

- To reside in or around the Chinchilla region.

- The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including a National Police Check.
