## Description

We are seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our team at The Sidings Waterloo in London.

As a Relief Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, monitoring and controlling access to the site, and responding to emergencies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Interact with visitors and clients, providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service

- Perform regular site patrols, monitor and control unauthorised access, and manage emergencies as per site policies

- Work closely with the ABM Duty management team to ensure incidents are reported and managed efficiently

- Log incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately

- Collaborate with Environmental Services and other teams to provide unified service

**Requirements:**

- Hold an SIA License (Door supervisor's license minimum)

- First Aid certification

- CCTV license desirable

- Strong communication skills, professional, friendly, proactive, and a team player

- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them with high standards

- Security experience within the retail or similar environment (preferable)

- Must be able to meet the requirements of BS7858 vetting

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks

- Ability to work alone and as part of a team

- Approachable and courteous manner

- Excellent attention to detail

- Flexibility to meet the needs and demands of the role and the business
