## Description

We are seeking an HCM BPO Expert to work flexibly across Germany in a hybrid work model, shaping the future of modern HCM BPO services.

As an HCM BPO Expert, you will be responsible for:

- Developing HCM BPO solutions, bringing your in-depth understanding of HR processes and BPO models, and supporting the definition of suitable service scopes and delivery approaches.

- Advising and designing HR processes, analyzing customer requirements for central HR processes such as payroll, time and attendance, employee data management, recruiting, and onboarding administration.

- Accompanying transition and delivery projects, supporting the transfer of HR processes to BPO structures, including collaboration with nearshore and offshore delivery teams.

- Supporting sales and pre-sales activities, bringing your HCM and BPO expertise to customer workshops, solutioning, and proposal development.

Requirements:

- A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, and 3-5 years of experience in the HR environment, ideally with experience in BPO or shared services structures.

- Knowledge of at least one leading HCM system, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or SAP HCM, as well as in-depth knowledge of central HR processes.

- Good conceptual understanding of BPO and shared services models, service scoping, delivery models, and transition approaches.

- Passion for HCM BPO and HR transformation, and the ability to communicate complex HR BPO and transformation topics clearly and convincingly to customers and interested parties.
