## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Team Rehab in Roseville, Michigan.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities will include treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies. You will also supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $26-$30 per hour, plus benefits such as low-cost medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and generous PTO. We also provide ongoing support and collaboration with experienced therapists, $1,500 per year for continuing education or student loan repayment, and 40 hours of paid CEU time each year.

Our ideal candidate has an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant, a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are also essential.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

- Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies

- Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup

- Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges

- Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40-hour week in an outpatient ortho setting)

- Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols

- Participate in clinic research studies

- Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework

Qualifications:

- Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant

- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
