Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

Work Pattern: Week 1: Monday: 2100-0700, Tuesday: 2100-0700, Saturday: 2100-0700 Week 2: Sunday: 2100-0700, Thursday: 2100-0700, Friday: 2100-0700

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and meet strong customer demand head-on

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

Benefits:

- Competitive pay rate

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Digitally confident

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store
