## Description

Product Management at Capital One is a dynamic field that involves reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.

As part of the Global Payment Network's AI Enablement Program, you will lead the centralized use case strategy that powers how GPN builds, scales, and governs AI across the Network. You will own the end-to-end pipeline from ideation to production , identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact AI use cases across Product, Tech, and Business functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing the GPN Knowledge Base and Context Engine , a centralized, AI-accessible single source of truth consolidating code, contracts, policies, specs, and controls

- Partnering with 15+ functions across the Network to extract and validate requirements, close documentation gaps, and curate validated context graphs

- Defining and tracking adoption and ROI metrics and translating lessons learned into scalable playbooks for the broader Network

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

Basic Qualifications:

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing

- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Experience building or scaling knowledge management systems, taxonomies, or data/content platforms

- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI product development

- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional requirements-gathering efforts

- Experience operating in a regulated or highly governed environment

The salary ranges for this role are: McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 per year New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 per year

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
