## Description

We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our UAE team. In this role, you'll help plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns, working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Data Analytics, Creative, Product, and Engineering.

You’ll be joining the Central CRM team, composed of 30+ specialists in CRM, dedicated to executing campaigns for the UAE as well as supporting global strategic initiatives. The team focuses on expanding our subscriber base and enhancing engagement metrics, primarily on retaining Deliveroo customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on bespoke campaigns in UAE across channels like email and push

- Creating engaging emails, push-notifications, and WhatsApp notifications

- Identifying and executing evergreen automations and triggers

- Communicating with stakeholders to manage workloads and deadlines efficiently

- Reporting on campaigns and proposing changes where necessary

- Working with data targeting, segmentation, and analysis

- Managing multiple projects at once, prioritising effectively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or strong relevant experience

- 2-4 years of email application experience

- CRM/campaign management platform experience

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience building automated CRM programmes

- Experience using data visualisation tools and reporting

- Highly computer literate

- Experience using AI tools

- HTML, SQL, or scripting familiarity
